Completed 1892 as four-masted barque Celticburn for R. Shankland Greenock. 1918 acquired by Anglo-Saxon and renamed "CIRCE SHELL". Conversion to a twin-screw motor tanker. 1922 depotship Far East. 1924 sold to Rising Sun Japan as a storage vessel. 1927 deleted register.
