About

Completed 1955 as "ISOCARDIA" for Shell France. 1965 jumboised (from 30.535 ton to 61.879 ton) at Saint Nazaire with a new forepart and cargo section. 1973 sold to Thai Ocean Transport Co. (TOTCO) and renamed "BANGKOK". 1976 arrived Kaohsiung for scrap. The fore and midshipsection was sold to Tak Berging Rotterdam and converted in the pontoons Tak 9 en Tak 10. 1977 renamed Giant 21 and 22. 1981 renamed Takheave 31 and 32. 1992 Takheave 32 renamed Tak 10.

It was my first time on board a ship. I went from Rotterdam to Bony river and disembark at Rotterdam.
Captain Pellard was in charge, and I had a chance to sail many other times with him on bigger ships after.
