Left as 2cd in 1960 from Felipes Trips were getting shorter when I left, about 6 months used to be anything up to 18 months, got my income tax back!!!! Tried unsuccessfully to contact former shipmates, would be interested in joining up any society where mates can be reunited |

this was my first experience of turbo electrics and I was a nervous wreck on my first watch but the 3rd engr, paddy Sterne, was really a great guy and quickly at ease. |
