In the early fifties I sailed as a young engineer on La Corona's tanker Omala, my first ship after graduating from the Michiel de Ruyter school in Vlissingen. So good to see a picture of her on your site. I have verious photos of the Omala which I'll be happy to share with you. It will be a few months b4 I can mail them though, cause they are currently in storage while we are building our new house. Good luck, hans |
