| 12/23/2004 - 17:16 | I started looking for a site for the old UK Training vessel TS Vindicatrix. Found it and rekindled old memories. Went on to look for Shell and there you were - excellent and very responsive site Kees. I joined my first Shell tanker - Hadra - from the Glasgow pool office in 1964, where they promised me it was going to Curacao and back - three weeks tops! Wrong - it was thirteen months before I saw the UK again. Stayed with Shell until 1974 many ships and many memories. Thanks again Kees. |
