| 03/17/2008 - 22:32 | Is there anyone out there who sailed on the Eastgate between Feb. and Mar. 1960? I was an EDH then and deserted her in Geelong on 3rd Feb. 1960. I stayed in Geelong for 23 months and subsequently worked my way home to UK on the STS San Ameliano. I understand from the Australian authorities that there were numerous desertions further up the coast. |
